Order Validity Period

If payment or contact is not received within 30 days of order placement, the order will be canceled.

(*Custom-made products are exempt.)

Delivery of Goods

  • Normally shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping may be delayed during busy periods or if an item is out of stock.

  • Delivery is handled by International Postal Service (EMS).

In some cases, we might request further payment for additional shipping costs after checkout, depending on shipment and country.  

Handling of Defective Items

Please check your order immediately upon arrival. While we take the utmost care, if you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 4 days of delivery using our contact form.

When contacting us, please provide your name and the 4-digit order number.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted by email only before shipment.

  • After shipment, the request will be handled according to the return policy.

Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used (including those damaged or soiled by the customer)

  • Returns for personal reasons where no defect is present

  • Custom-made products (except in cases of defects or damage during delivery)
